Types of Pain You Can Expect Relief From With This Wellness Aid
Analgesic Pain Relief
Technically, the term analgesic refers to a medication that provides relief from pain without putting you to sleep or making you lose consciousness. Analgesics are medicines that help to control pain and reduce fever, and some types also decrease inflammation.
Arthritic Pain
Rheumatism – Rheumatism is a chronic disease which is characterized by muscle weaknesses and muscle pains. Rheumatism or rheumatic disorders are conditions causing chronic, often intermittent pain affecting the joints or connective tissue.
Rheumatism does not designate any specific disorder, but covers at least 200 different conditions, including arthritis and “non-articular rheumatism”, also known as “regional pain syndrome” or “soft tissue rheumatism”. Backache and low back pain, loss of vision, color fading in fingers and exhaustion are typical symptoms of rheumatism.
Osteoporosis – Osteoporosis is a disease that weakens bones to the point where they break easily—most often, bones in the hip, backbone (spine), and wrist. Osteoporosis is called a “silent disease” because you may not notice any changes until a bone breaks. All the while, though, your bones had been losing strength for many years.
A fall or even mild stresses such as bending over or coughing can cause a fracture.
Bone is living tissue that is constantly being broken down and replaced. Osteoporosis occurs when the creation of new bone doesn’t keep up with the loss of old bone.
Osteoporosis affects men and women of all races. But white and Asian women, especially older women who are past menopause, are at highest risk. Medications, healthy diet and weight-bearing exercise can help prevent bone loss or strengthen already weak bones.
Mycoplasma Arthritis – Mycoplasma is one of the main causes of rheumatoid arthritis. Successful treatment of the infection can cause a remission. There is a breakdown of synovial tissue in the joints with a lot of pain.
Back Pain
Signs and symptoms of back pain can include:
- Muscle ache
- Shooting or stabbing pain
- Pain that radiates down your leg
- Pain that worsens with bending, lifting, standing or walking
- Pain that improves with reclining
Bone Pain and Inflammation
Bone pain is extreme tenderness, aching, or other discomfort in one or more bones. It differs from muscle and joint pain because its present whether youre moving or not. The pain is commonly linked to diseases that affect the normal function or structure of the bone.

Migraine Headache
A migraine is much more than a bad headache. This neurological disease can cause debilitating throbbing pain that can leave you in bed for days! Movement, light, sound and other triggers may cause symptoms like pain, tiredness, nausea, visual disturbances, numbness and tingling, irritability, difficulty speaking, temporary loss of vision and many more.
About 12% of Americans have this genetic disorder. Research shows that it’s the sixth most disabling disease in the world.
The primary symptom of migraine is a headache. Pain is sometimes described as pounding or throbbing. It can begin as a dull ache that develops into pulsing pain that is mild, moderate or severe. If left untreated, your headache pain will become moderate to severe.
Pain can shift from one side of your head to the other, or it can affect the front of your head, the back of your head or feel like it’s affecting your whole head. Some people feel pain around their eye or temple, and sometimes in their face, sinuses, jaw or neck.
Nerve Pressure/Pain
There are three types of nerves in the body:
- Autonomic nerves. These nerves control the involuntary or partially voluntary activities of your body, including heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, and temperature regulation.
- Motor nerves. These nerves control your movements and actions by passing information from your brain and spinal cord to your muscles.
- Sensory nerves. These nerves relay information from your skin and muscles back to your spinal cord and brain. The information is then processed to let you feel pain and other sensations.
Because nerves are essential to all you do, nerve pain and damage can seriously affect your quality of life.
- Possible causes of nerve pain and nerve damage:
- Autoimmune diseases
- Cancer
- Compression/trauma
- Diabetes
- Drug side effects and toxic substances
- Motor neuron diseases
- Nutritional deficiencies
- Infectious disease
Some types of chemotherapy and radiation may produce nerve pain and nerve damage in certain individuals. Compression/trauma . Anything that results in trauma or compression of nerves.
Sciatica
Most commonly, a sharp, burning, or searing pain may be felt that radiates down one leg from the lower back, usually due to spinal disc herniation. Pain is usually the first symptom of sciatica and typically indicates nerve irritation or inflammation.
Muscular Pain and Injury
The most common causes of muscle pain are tension, stress, overuse and minor injuries. This type of pain is usually localized, affecting just a few muscles or a small part of your body. Systemic muscle pain — pain throughout your whole body — is more often the result of an infection, an illness or a side effect of a medication.
Muscle pain, or myalgia, is a sign of an injury, infection, disease or other health problem. You may feel a deep, steady ache or random sharp pains. Some people have muscle pain all over, while others have it in specific areas. Everyone experiences muscle pain differently.
The most common cause of localized muscle pain is overuse or injury of a muscle (strain). On the other hand, viral infections like influenza (the “flu”) may cause systemic muscle pain, as can taking certain medications or having a disease like fibromyalgia or hypothyroidism.
Stiff Muscles
Muscle stiffness, also called muscle rigidity or muscle tightness, is when soreness, pain, or cramping makes your muscles feel tight. The symptoms make it hard to make any type of movements that are usually pretty simple, such as stretching out your arms or walking.
Stiff muscles can happen from a variety of situations. These situations can range from having periods of inactivity to exercising, physical labor or playing sports. If muscles are healthy, stiffness may be caused from an insect bite, an infection, an injury or possibly bleeding in the muscle and various medical conditions.
If you are prone to stiff muscles, try to eat more fish, dairy foods, avocados, nuts, and bananas on a regular basis. Hydration helps lubricate muscles in the body, so drinking plenty of water is also a good strategy for prevention and natural treatment for mildly sore muscles.
