What causes Anger?
Anger in and of itself is a normal emotion that is in response to some internal or external stimuli. In an emotionally balanced individual, it is short lived and doesn’t usually leave much, if any, residual problems.
The problems come when the anger becomes pathological. Unable to be controlled and frequently harbors lasting residual negative emotions. Your response to internal or external stimuli becomes excessively sensitive.
Uncontrollable anger and aggression can cause serious social problems. It also takes a terrible toll on your energy and vibrational level. This type of anger is extremely low energy and weighs heavily on your mind and on your energetic self.
It’s important to minimize the damage of excessive anger.
Frequencies that help quell the vibrational reverberations of your anger can help calm your physical, emotional and mental balances. If you can minimize the repercussions of your anger, the resulting calming can assist in dampening the excessive sensitivity that triggers your anger in the first place.
