Placing the vinyl stickers on a glass or metal water bottle, cup, or pitcher will put the frequencies into the water in 5 minutes. You must use glass or metal because plastic is not good at transferring frequencies into the water.

When you drink the water, you are getting the frequencies. The amount of water doesn’t matter. One drop or one glass simply gives your body those frequencies to work with. Research has shown that your body will only use the amount of the frequencies that it needs, so you cannot overdose.
